RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As these items are custom-made with your logo/design, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.

We only accept returns if an item arrives faulty or damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
